Senior Corporate Account Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Responsible for conducting various sales activities such as prospecting and managing accounts, developing sales leads, building client relationships, closing new business opportunities and achieving or exceeding assigned sales quota;
  • Manage assigned accounts to ensure client satisfaction and customer support;
  • Initiate customer contacts and follow-up on sales to generate new business opportunities;
  • Meet the required clients on a regular basis;
  • Respond to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified time;
  • Ensure that accounts being covered conform to their approved credit limits and terms to avoid aging receivables;
  • Find new accounts, meeting with prospective new business clients and manage existing clients
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • 4-5 years of working experience in IT networking and CCTV Sales with proven track record of success.
  • Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, highly confident, aggressive and assertive

Sales Assistant
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Record keeping responsibilities may include sales and expense reports, sales proposals, etc

  • Resolves order and inventory problems by investigating data and history, identifying alternate means for filling orders, notifying managers and customers

  • Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; and answering questions

  • Maintains customer database by inputting customer profiles and updates

  • Schedules all meetings/appointments and documents minutes of meeting

  • Organize and maintain department files and records

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
